Having started out playing punk rock and thrash metal as a young guitarist, many years later after several years of working professionally in primarily jazz, folk and funk projects..I felt an urge to go back to some metal. I was also coming out of some dark years. I felt the need to expel it all with some nasty metal riffs! So I composed the following tracks, and recorded them. And gathered a couple friends to help me complete the project. With Len's vocal style and my guitar style, the tunes quickly ended up being a mix of thrash and death metal. The idea was to play these tunes live eventually, but that ended up not happening. It felt like I cleared a lot of darkness out of my system  when I made these recordings, and they served their purpose. 

Written and recorded circa 2010. Never felt like these recordings were quite finished mix-wise...but I still love them.
